Showed a pic of my old hair of how I wanted it being a nice light ash colour blonde and left with platinum blonde that looks almost blue, definitely a little upset that it was over lightened and not like the picture I showed. I also asked how long we would roughly take and was told I’d be out at around 2:30 but didn’t leave until 4pm and left unhappy, I understand time doesn’t always go to plan but it didn’t seem busy and I’m just upset my day was wasted on hair I’m unhappy about

This is my normal go to salon, but had a different stylist for this appointment. Unfortunately left not overly happy today which is disappointing as I am usually always stoked when I walk out of here. Got a blow dry but no finish - so was left frizzy. Felt thrown around between people and a total of 3 different people did my hair at different times. I'm not one to speak up and say anything, so left unhappy. Hope to book in with my usual stylist next time or book elsewhere unfortunately.

The reason why I gave a low number on how I was treated was because I had a change in who I booked with with no explanation. I know I originally booked in for a colour and cur but due to financial difficulties I had to just have a cut. Why did I need a change of hairdresser, I specifically asked for the person who I booked with and then it was changed. Very unprofessional. I did ask why and I got because 'I am a short hair specialist' ok fear enough. But it was who I originally booked with.

I was looking for a change of Colour. Showed a picture and was given a new Colour. Unfortunately not impressed and have booked for my next appointment to hopefully rectify if with someone who will take time to listen about the Colour I hope to achieve.

I believe that when a person is booked in for their hair to be coloured in any manner that it should just come with a blow dry for their hair. I’ve personally not heard of any other hairdresser that charges seperate for this and having to book. I feel that this salon is quite overpriced for the services. The staff are generally lovely I’ve had more than one rude experience from some of the hairdressers.

I had a nice service from the hairdressers during my visit but when I went to pay I was asked to pay an extra $20 for a service I didn’t request. Booked a wash and a trim and the girls dried my hair prior to the trim. I didn’t ask for it and I would expect if there is an extra charge I would be asked prior as I live on a tight budget. I was also told that I had to pay a $2 green fee. I said I didn’t see that on the web site and I hadn’t budgeted for it. The lady at the register said she would remove it and was quiet rude about it. I paid and she didn’t say thank you or goodbye. It made a lovely visit end horribly. Charges need to be black and white for us girls that live on a budget.
