I didn’t know what to expect when I walked in with black - box dyed hair asking to be bright orange! Maddy walked me through the whole process of lightening and gave me a realistic timeline of how it would work. Then she worked her magic and I left with beautiful hair! A peaceful environment, friendly people and everyone kept me in the loop of what they were doing with my hair. Overall a great experience.

The reason why I gave a low number on how I was treated was because I had a change in who I booked with with no explanation. I know I originally booked in for a colour and cur but due to financial difficulties I had to just have a cut. Why did I need a change of hairdresser, I specifically asked for the person who I booked with and then it was changed. Very unprofessional. I did ask why and I got because 'I am a short hair specialist' ok fear enough. But it was who I originally booked with.

Not a good experience. No consultation before the hairdresser went off to mix up colour. Was all about rushing. Didn't listen to a word I said when I tried to say what I came for. My roots are now lighter then the rest of my hair. Asked for three inches to be cut off all over. Just got cut straight across the back, didn't go by how it was already cut. Very disappointing, now have to go elsewhere to get fixed.

Have to rav about Cat, my hairdresser. She is not only a fab listener, but very gifted in hair colour skills. Also, every hair experience in store, is both relaxing & fun. Great, friendly service, Always!

I had a different stylist and then another at the end. At first I didn’t mind, but then I saw the results of the colour. I understand that sometimes the final result doesn’t look like the picture, or that someone can regret a haircut when given what they want. However, my hair is patchy and not all of it is coloured like I asked. Only the top is coloured and the rest is my regular bleached blonde. The hairstylists were having trouble getting the right colour which I understand and it seemed the dye wasn’t taking to my hair. I didn’t ask or say anything when paying for the appointment as the salon was closing in an hour and I wanted to make sure I wasn’t wrong about what I asked for.
