always so wonderful to get my hair done here. i had a silverchain visit at home halfway through my appointment today and had to dash off. they managed to fit me back in to finish my hair within the same hour and were super understanding about the situation <3

This is my normal go to salon, but had a different stylist for this appointment. Unfortunately left not overly happy today which is disappointing as I am usually always stoked when I walk out of here. Got a blow dry but no finish - so was left frizzy. Felt thrown around between people and a total of 3 different people did my hair at different times. I'm not one to speak up and say anything, so left unhappy. Hope to book in with my usual stylist next time or book elsewhere unfortunately.
