Have to rav about Cat, my hairdresser. She is not only a fab listener, but very gifted in hair colour skills. Also, every hair experience in store, is both relaxing & fun. Great, friendly service, Always!

Please be more upfront about the pricing. I booked for a wash and trim and when I arrived was asked if I wanted a wash and blow dry. I said I wasn’t really fussed, but was encourage to have it washed. Didn’t think too much of it, but only at the end of the appointment was I told the blow dry was an extra ~$20. I really wouldn’t have worried about the blow dry if I knew. I had my baby son waiting at home so if anything I was in a rush. I understand the added service would cost more, so I’m not mad about that. But no one made that obvious on the day, I just assumed it was included in the cost. Just be more transparent about the pricing, especially in this economy. An extra $20 could mean strife for some people.

The hairdresser who did my hair was rather new to the store, and she knew the client sitting next to me and did her hair too. I was rather annoyed at the conversation as it was loud enough for me to hear and I really didn't want to hear the hairdresser bitching to the lady about people from the last salon that she worked. It wasn't a very pleasant conversation and to me if they wanted to talk and bitch then maybe she should have not sit her right next to me. There were other seats available. I just found that wasn't very professional and it ruined my time sitting there.
