I have been going to Ella Bache Charlestown for 5 years now and I don't have one bad thing to say. The environment is perfectly relaxing, the treatments will always leaving you walking out feeling your best self and all the therapists are TRULY amazing. Emily has been my go to for facials and eyebrow waxing for the past 3 years and I have only ever had positive experiences. Her attention to detail is amazing and the little added touches like a cupcake on my birthday will be one of the many reasons why I will continue to come back.

I had to wait 40 minutes for my appointment. I had a one hour facial which went for 40 mins.. I then went to pay with a gift card and was told I wasn’t able to, however I had asked previously on the phone if I was able to make a spilt payment.

Had the best facial with Letitia. My skin was exhibiting all the signs of stress and neglect. Letitia adjusted the treatment to my skin needs which has allowed it to calm and heal. Thank you x

I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with my experience as I had a Brazilian wax and a fair bit of the hair was still left behind, I also had a lash tint which looked like it was fine in the mirror before I left but after a shower last night it appears that it wasn’t done right and now it doesn’t even look like I had a lash tint. Very unhappy customer after being a customer of at least 8 years
