I have attended this salon a few times before and always been pleased but this visit was SO rushed. It was a bit stressful and not enjoyable at all because she did my treatment so fast. I literally had to ask her to just slow down after she hurt me with the tweezers.

I found the phone system frustrating. I paid my $20 deposit when I booked my appointment. Two days before my appointment it was necessary to change my day. Getting onto the correct methodology to do this was frustrating. I responded a second time to the request to confirm my appt and put no. Obviously this automated system cant cope with change. I then rang to change the appt and got an answering service whereby I left a message. The day before my appt I still hadnt heard anything so I called in to the salon to confirm. There was no record of my request. I enjoyed my session but did not get my $20 credit when i paid my account. Not happy.
