I received a gift voucher for Christmas for a facial and massage....and my goodness was it AMAZING! I was so relaxed that I caught myself falling to sleep three times during the facial. I was welcomed to the store by the receptionist and completed the standard questionnaire (nice touch it being on an iPad instead of paper) and then my therapist came and welcomed me. She explained what she would be doing, allowed me to get ready and then came back and started. After the massage she completed a skin analysis to determine the products to use. They all felt amazing on my skin, a few days later I can still notice the positive difference. I was left a lovely cup of cool tea afterward and then went out to reception. My therapist showed me the products she used and explained why and provided me with a sample to take home. The service was amazing right from the start. I can’t wait to go back for another facial!
