My feedback is that I received a brow tint & eyelash tint & the brow tint was semi acceptable but my eyelash tint made absolutely no difference. Not very pleased with this at all. Thank you

The lady who did my eyebrows with out asking me completely re-shaped them and took so much hair off. I am walking away from this appointment extremely disappointed and feeling insecure about my eyebrows.

Just disappointing to be told that I might have to rebook as I didn't shave. The appointment was for 1 h and lasted 24min. I was left with gel on my gel that I had to remove myself instead of being offered the warm towel and some soothing cream as I am used to. Very disappointing and after years being client and having my girls come as well, I am looking for another salon!

I recently had my arms waxed at Ella Bach Charlestown. I’ve been getting my arms waxed for about 15 years. This experience was more painful than any previous. After my appointment I noticed that patches of my skin were red where skin had been peeled and a noticeable sore bruise on the back of my arm where a unheated wax roller dragged the skin. It has been a few years since I’ve been to Ella Bach Charlestown where my previous experience was always of a high standard so I was disappointed with my recent visit.

I had to wait 40 minutes for my appointment. I had a one hour facial which went for 40 mins.. I then went to pay with a gift card and was told I wasn’t able to, however I had asked previously on the phone if I was able to make a spilt payment.
