I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the clinic and I was treated with care and respect. My consultant, Bonnie and the doctor both worked to ensure that I was comfortable with the procedure and any concerns or questions I had were answered confidently.

做了海飞秀已经四个月了 柜台小姐姐很亲切也很有礼貌 唯一缺点就是帮我做海飞秀的小姐姐不是很细心 探头随便带过几下就马上下一个步骤 我来悉尼前都是会定期做海飞秀的 在这里做感觉疗程时间少了一半 希望lumiere能多多指导美容师 还是会继续在lumiere消费的 希望下次造访能看到进步 i went for a hydrafacial at lumiere for about 4 months already (1 treatment per month), the receptionist are kind and professional, however the beautician who carry out the treatment is a bit lazy, i feel like i didn’t get what i paid for. overall i would still rate lumiere a 4/5 cuz the environment is clean and nice receptionist. will visit next time and hope to see improvement.

I was quite upset with the customer service I had before, and I would suggest Amanda, the customer consultant to mind her aggressive passive attitude carefully when facing with any clients. It wasn't a pleasant experience when she integrated me with multiple questions, feel free to retrieve the WeChat history if possible. I hope she is aware the appropriate approach when deal with customers, and aggressively push for your service doesn't help you to gain loyal clients or have them enjoying the experience in your clinic. I would be happy to hear about how the Lumiere manager would deal with this case. Overall experience was excellent except mentioned above, most of the consultants are very considerate and delicately to their works. I would like to introduce Lumiere to my friends and continue on enjoying the professional service here. Regards,
