Friendly staff and overall nice facial although didn't receive a head massage as advertised. Left alone in the room for some time during my cooling mask which was bizarre, could not relax due to a lot of loud talking and laughing coming from staff at reception.

Amazing and fast service at the reception. Staff offered me water to which i declined but she provided me with water anyway and made sure I was comfortable. All the staff I interacted with was delightful and kind. The staff that actually did my facial was extremely engaging, talking me through the steps, giving advice on how to take care of my skin and did what she could to make me comfortable. She was a little pushy in getting me to purchase her products by asking me repeatedly after I said no the first time. However she was extremely nice and understanding about it. My skin feels so good and soft. I could not stop touching it. really enjoyed the experience.

I brought a Groupon to use there and I was treated like a fully paid customer. The staffs were very polite and excellent from booking to treatment. The place is very nice, treatment room is clean and nice. Beautician would tell me every step she is doing so I was ready for it and knows that to expect. After the treatment, they didn't try to upsell me packages which is good. Many facial place would pressure customers to buy product or facial packaged which is really annoying but Lumiere isn't like that. The only suggestion I would like to make to Lumiere is having soothing background music would make the experience more relaxing. I would highly recommend them.
