I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the clinic and I was treated with care and respect. My consultant, Bonnie and the doctor both worked to ensure that I was comfortable with the procedure and any concerns or questions I had were answered confidently.

Top clinic in Sydney. I have visited Lumiere several times already. Professional and friendly staff. Always give the best advices and understand every patient’s needs. Highly recommended. During special period, such as Coronavirus Pandemic, they offer indoor service. Very special experience and totally satisfied.

The first time i had a hydrafacial, it seemed ok. The second time it seemed as though it was rushed. The beautician was attending to 3 clients at the same time. I felt she didnt take her time to do my hydrafacial. I probably won't come back.

This is my third hydra facial. The appointment was running behind for almost 30mins, only been told when I approach the receptionist. Should have told me when I came in. The whole experience felt rushed, My usual facialist always do double cleans, this one didn’t. During the Hydra Facial, she go over my face with the device, very quickly and didn’t feel much liquid/serum going over. I can feel the head was just dottig and big space apart, rather than line by line. I always add on extra for the neck, but she only went over once. Big disappointment with is experience, will stick to my usual facialist in the future. :(

Would be even better if there is relaxing or soothing music played in the treatment room. Overall still a lovely experience and will come back for sure!
