I love the experiences I have had previously at this salon and love the colour and cut they do on my hair however I was quite shocked at the price I ended up paying at the end. I feel there was a lack of communication about the treatments I was getting and products they provided me at a cost. They said they would give me a conditioner to take home and use every 2-3 washes, however didn't clearly state that it was an added cost and the way they communicated to me made it sound like it was complimentary.
