The stylist gave me great advice, understood what I wanted and did a fantastic job. My only issue is that the service I booked was supposed to be $150 (less $75 because I had a voucher) but then when I went to the register to pay, she told me it was $285. When I asked why she said it was because she added balayage to my highlights. But she did not explain the extra cost to me or ask me if I was okay with it. She took $45 off the price when I questioned, but I still had to pay a lot mor Le than what I planned for. So great service and talented stylist, but communication was lacking.
