Highly professional staff who ask for feedback about your comfort as they work, whether shampooing, colouring or merely handing over a protective gown. Any apprentices I've encountered have been very pleasant and willing to learn from experienced stylists, and thankfully I've never yet been asked that inane question that has been so prevalent at other salons: "Doing anything special today/tonight?" The simple stylish design is cleverly done, creating a deceptive sense of spaciousness in an area that might otherwise feel claustrophobic. Bravo all!
