I was transformed from looking and feeling drab, to looking and feeling fab. Brendan was very considerate to my needs and made me feel very relaxed, yet excited about the change at the same time. All staff have always been polite (and not too noisy which can happen in salons), friendly and willing to make my experience as pleasurable as possible. Thank you Team Kave
