So impressed with my last visit. Went in and told Michelle that I was having issues with my hair holding on to excess oil. Had my hair washed, cut and then just as she was about to finish the blowdry, she noticed that my hair was still extremely oily after being washed already. She took me BACK to the basin (even though she had almost finished), she washed my hair again and gave it a good detox, changed my at-home shampoo and made sure I left feeling happy and confident with how my hair felt. She even said she would hate for me to leave unhappy and with no solution!
