A simple “How are you, how was your day” would have created a more connected experience. The hairdresser did not speak with me at all except when she instructed me to go to the basin or was giving me advice about my hair. I was at the basin and had my eyes closed and heard my hairdresser whispering to someone else and then proceeded to speak loudly and start laughing. I felt quite uncomfortable about this. The ambience of the place was very calming however the staff seemed cool and too aloof

Hanna is the best hairdresser I have used since arriving in Perth from the UK. She is friendly, funny and I always leave loving my hair!
