Established in 1990, Essential Beauty salons have helped millions of people look and feel their very best. Our beauty salons specialise in brazilian and bikini waxing, and all of our trained beauty therapists are passionate about eyebrow shaping. We are the experts in professional needle ear and body piercings, also stocking a wide range of body jewellery to choose from for your piercing. Our salons also offer spray tans, facials, microdermabrasion and an array of other beauty salon treatments. Comment
We were not greeted when we first arrived for the appointment and when an employee did approach us, it was not a friendly welcome. There was no eye contact and we were unsure of where to wait and what to do. It was a very ordinary experience. There was no sense of customer service and the whole interaction including the fit-out felt cheap. I had to sign a form that was laminated and had been used before, it just seemed unprofessional and I doubt I would ever go back there again. This whole experience was not customer focused and I could not recommend Essential Beauty.
