Hi I have to say I appreciated the way you fit me in early for my appt although I’m not sure if it’s because the girl was in a hurry and wanted to leave early. I had booked in for a 30 min eyebrow wax and tint however she was out in 15. The wax was nearly burning and I nearly said something except she had finished quite quickly. To her credit, she only charged for a 15 min appt as I queried what is the difference between the shorter and longer appt. I’m not a therapist however I found it odd that I she didn’t trim my brows length, and the tint was around my face and brow line when I left. If I ever return, I would hope my experience would be better for such a reputable salon. Thank you and I hope you receive this in the spirit of constructive feedback in which it is given. Emma

Friendly staff on arrival, treatment room very small, music too loud and not relaxing (spotify with ads), therapist was polite but hardly spoke to me throughout, she confirmed the package I had booked, but otherwise, did not ask how I was going throughout, did not talk me through the steps of the treatment, did not ask if I would like any recommendations. Massage was good, but facial sub-standard, I still had half my make-up on at the end, face gritty from where she hadn't washed the scrub off properly, residue in my hairline and ears despite wearing band, therapist seemed to rush out at the end. I have been to EB in Joondalup and they were excellent. It was a shame, this was supposed to be a birthday treat too.

Arrived on time for my appointment kept waiting for over 15min before being taken into treatment room .Then was at least another 15min talking about my skin doing one cleanse then checking under blue light , then another clean before treatment started So all up had about 40 min on my face Left feeling like I really had not had relaxing facial at all This has not been this first time this has happened
