Caitlyn employs a wonderful team of beauticians. I have always found them to be on time and cheerful. I really like Taylor; she's well presented and wonderfully intelligent which means we always have something to talk about. I'm a professional myself so it's nice to chat with someone who is curious and interested in many areas of life and in a relaxing environment. The salon is clean and reflects the professionalism of the brand that one expects. While it is a small salon with smallish rooms, it is well located in Whitfords Shopping Centre. I'm aware that commercial rents are very expensive in this shopping centre and know if the salon were larger then we would be charged more for consultations and treatments. I steer very clear of the "mass turnover" cheap manicure and pedicure outlets and instead choose to have all my facial and body beauty needs met in one professional, hygenic, clean and Australian-run business.
