The professionals at Ebony Hair truly care that you are happy with your hair. The first time I went to this salon a few months back, I had some new color (which I don't do very often). I was amazed they followed up with me and when I said I wasn't sure that the color was perfectly as I wanted they asked me to come back in and they'd get it exactly how I wanted...and they did at no extra charge! That visit hooked me....you don't see customer service to this level very often. This recent visit I basically wanted to get a cut and see what they suggested to help tame damage from summer's sun and drying salt water. They never tried to upsell me but suggested a conditioning blending color that left my hair feeling amazing. Kim is a real pro with color and can create or correct for you any look you are trying to achieve. I highly recommend Di and her amazing team of girls....they are all wonderful!
