Although the overall experience was good, the final product was not what expected. I ended up retouching my hair at home as the toner used on my final higlights was to dark and removed all the honey colors that I had before I went to the salon

Usually I am very happy with the quality of service but today was very average. The hairdresser (new?) was very friendly and polite but lacked professionalism. Application of colour seemed random, colour was left on well past the buzzer, abrupt rinse, no head massage. I'm sorry to say I was very disappointed.

Great salon with lovely girls! Disappointed with my last visit - I had a keratin treatment for a second time and didn't notice any change. First treatment 6 months ago was amazing, however I returned after the effects had died down after 6 months and noticed no improvement/the results were not as good as my first treatment. Good hair cut though!

I went for a consultation after work, where a hairdresser and I discussed what I wanted done in depth. When I turned up to my appointment I had someone else doing my hair, which was fine except the other lady didnt leave any information on what we discussed. I tried to explain it to the new hairdresser and showed a few images. I wanted an ombre with very slight layering, and my hair to sit on my shoulders and pointed where that was for me, i mentioned I was nervous getting it cut too short. My dark ombre colouring went past my ears in length, but my hair was cut above my shoulders with very intense layering, so it just looks very dark, not really ombre. I also got two very blonde streaks at the front, which I guess was to frame my face, but the ombre was so dark it just looks too contrast, like ginger spices hair. Its emabarrasing to be honest and I dont like my short layed hair at all, I didnt want it this short nor do I want anything I needed to style on a daily basis. The hairdresser worked extremely hard and maybe it was my communication around this the second time. However for $327 and 4 hours, I left very disappointed and now I need to dye the streaks and wait another year for my hair to grow.

I gave my husband the gift card you had given me at Christmas and encouraged him to go to the wonderful girls at Ebony.....mind you he's been looking for someone "just to trim my hair" for over a year since we moved here. He was with the same hair stylist in the U.S. for 20 years. He could call them up and usually get an appt the next day or that day...he travels for business all the time and most of the time he doesn't have the flexibility to plan ahead. I was delighted when you had an spot for him the next day. He usually doesnt have time for the full session including a shampoo and style and so he was surprised to be charged $20 for a trim....(assuming the $30 gift card was applied that would he $50 total). Of course he didn't say anything but I felt uneasy when he came back and told me! I actually wonder if that's a mistake? How much is a men's haircut? Maybe you should consider a trim only price?

Generally fab, I have been before and had the best haircut I’ve ever had. Unfortunately this time round the hairstylist went a good 1/2 an inch shorter than we had talked about, which, since being home, I have realised is also slightly lop sided. I will return, because I know how good it can be, just a shame that this time round I spent a lot of money on a haircut that will have me wearing a hair tie until it grows out.
