I gave my husband the gift card you had given me at Christmas and encouraged him to go to the wonderful girls at Ebony.....mind you he's been looking for someone "just to trim my hair" for over a year since we moved here. He was with the same hair stylist in the U.S. for 20 years. He could call them up and usually get an appt the next day or that day...he travels for business all the time and most of the time he doesn't have the flexibility to plan ahead. I was delighted when you had an spot for him the next day. He usually doesnt have time for the full session including a shampoo and style and so he was surprised to be charged $20 for a trim....(assuming the $30 gift card was applied that would he $50 total). Of course he didn't say anything but I felt uneasy when he came back and told me! I actually wonder if that's a mistake? How much is a men's haircut? Maybe you should consider a trim only price?

I'm sorry that you felt like your husband didn't get good value for money when he had his last haircut we do have a standard price for a man's haircut of $50 which is usually a half hour appointment,and it is left to the descretion of the stylist to adjust the price if the full service is not required,this usually occurs if the client comes in on a regular basis .I do thank you for your referal.

I've been going to Ebony for 5 years and had various people cutting and colouring with excellent results every time. The service is always excellent and the staff are very friendly and professional.
