Hello Liz made all the difference to my experience on Saturday. She communicated what was happening (a minor delay) and smiled and made me feel comfortable. People forget that sometimes the hairdresser can feel a little overwhelming. A little communication and reassurance reminded me I was in good hands. Warmth and communication and a gentle confident voice - I got them all from Liz.
