From booking my appointment over the phone to leaving the salon after my appointment I was extremely impressed by the standard of service Ebony Hair provides. Everyone I spoke to was genuinely really lovely and helpful and I felt a lot of effort was put in to achieve the result I wanted. I can not fault Charlotte as my stylist, throughout my appointment she asked me lots of questions to make sure we were on the same page and made sure I was happy with my end result.
