I am a long time customer of Ebony Hair and always leave the salon happy with how friendly the staff are and the quality of haircuts they provide. However I have noticed lately that when I book online for a haircut, staff will often call me to try and reschedule as the website allows me to book times that aren't actually compatible with the hairdresser's other appointments for that day. I do not mind being asked to reschedule and the staff are always very polite about it so this isn't in any way a criticism of them or their professionalism, but I would like to see the website re-done so that the burden of dealing with it's faulty online booking system doesn't continue to fall on such hard working, lovely staff.

This feels niggly but important feedback. The well-meaning receptionist offered me a chair covered in hair. When I grimaced, she followed my lead to blow the hair off the chair and the floor. I would have happily waited outside rather than sit in the last client's DNA. I should also feedback praise for the gal that washed my hair. She was AWESOME.
