My first experience of Milano Hair & Beauty yesterday was terrific. I received great advice on colour from Frankie and she did a wonderful job of revitalising my hair colour and cutting it into a great shape. Tina was also a wonderful support. Highly recommended.

I love going to Milano to get my hair cut, styled and coloured. The staff are so professional and very very good and are lovely and friendly. The salon itself is so relaxing and my hair always looks amazing so I am very happy.

I requested an appointment with Paolo or Maria, knowing them to be the senior stylists. When I was told that they weren't available I was surprised to be allocated a considerably less experienced stylist, Frankie. While she is a very nice girl her lack of experience showed up in the resulting cut which I am not at all happy with.
