The environment in your salon is usually lovely. However on this occasion, there happened to be a very loud client whose voice i just found really irritating, especially when she could not stop talking. Nothing you can really do about it.

I love Milano.... I have been going there for 15 years. Paolo is a wonderful person and a brilliant stylist and he’s trained every team member to be as good if not better which to me is a sign of a great mentor and businessman. Today I had Frankie who is divine and can do beautiful colour, cut and blow dry which is rare to have in one stylist. But again, Paolo taught her so well. I always leave feeling cared for, listened to and looking my best self thanks to the team at Milano HH. Xx
