I always enjoy the time I spend at Milanos. I was looked after very well. Tea and water on arrival. Enjoy catching up On the magazines . Most importantly always very happy with how my hair was done .

I requested an appointment with Paolo or Maria, knowing them to be the senior stylists. When I was told that they weren't available I was surprised to be allocated a considerably less experienced stylist, Frankie. While she is a very nice girl her lack of experience showed up in the resulting cut which I am not at all happy with.
