Staff have been excellent at trying to find a solution to a difficult (hair-related) problem. They have shown commitment, perserverance and consideration over a period of time - well done! With ageing comes a closer watch over expenditure and the six weekly cost is becoming increasingly noticeable within the budget and seems to be increasing at a noticeable rate.
