I continually receive positive comments on my hair style which is warmly received given that I'm in the older age backet

It is worth a 45 minute drive for me to get to Sfumato every 6-7 weeks. Jacob and all the staff are very professional and I have been happy with every cut and colour I have had. I need to look professional for work and can't risk a bad haircut (the reason I went to Sfumato in the first place was after getting a very dodgy cut in my nearest town). Some people in my town even refer to me as the 'lady with the nice haircut' :-) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend others go there. It's clear that the salon looks after their people which means I get a consistent great experience. Frankly I'm happy to pay a fair price for that.

I arrived at my appointment time only to see my hair stylist 15-20 minutes later due to the fact that no one had told him I had arrived.

As always, Wayne cut my hair beautifully and offered some good advice with a couple of minor problems I was having with it. Have noticed the prices have gone up though and do feel that although I am very satisfied with my hair, it is getting expensive to maintain. Perhaps a fidelity program would help?
