I have been a customer of True Ambition since Covid19 restrictions were lifted and hair saloons could reopen, I have my hair cut at True Ambition every 4 to 5 weeks. Environment: Always spotlessly clean, bright and airy. Staff: Kim always cuts my hair just as I like it, she is polite, professional and friendly, observing other staff with their clients they seem to be just the same. Quality of Service: Service is amazing, I receive a text message a few days before my appointment as a reminder. I have never been kept waiting, I am always asked if I would like a drink while my hair is being cut, at Christmas time I received a little gift/special offers, I also receive a loyalty card which are lovely little touches. Professional Advise: During lockdown I had no option but to grow out the colour on my hair, my hair was also in poor condition. Kim advised me of what products to use and now my hair is in much better shape. Price Point: Rates are good, I am more that happy to pay for my overall experience I receive. Recommend: I would recommend True Ambition to anyone for all the above reasons. Many Thanks Kim/True Ambition for the fab service you provide.
