Elixir Skin Fitness is all about prevention against accelerated aging, managing inflammatory skin conditions and a healthy ageing approach to skin and body health. Gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves as a whole person and the connection between our inner health, lifestyle and mindset to our skin health and healthy ageing.

My experience with Rose was sensational from beginning to end. She was warm and welcoming from the outset and incredibly knowledgeable and receptive to my skincare needs throughout my consultation. Although I wish I'd known about her professional services long ago, I'm certain that entrusting Rose with my upcoming corrective journey will be the best thing I've done for myself in a very long time.
