Elixir Skin Fitness is all about prevention against accelerated aging, managing inflammatory skin conditions and a healthy ageing approach to skin and body health. Gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves as a whole person and the connection between our inner health, lifestyle and mindset to our skin health and healthy ageing.

It is always a beautiful and fulfilling experience having a treatment with the much talented and exceptional therapist Rose. I will continue to recommend the up to date and modern treatments she offers for her clients. I admire the way that she offers specialised and individual advice and treatments to reflect individual needs. Rose takes great care in giving the best of treatments all the time and is able to continue her professional training. A fantastic experience!
