Elixir Skin Fitness is all about prevention against accelerated aging, managing inflammatory skin conditions and a healthy ageing approach to skin and body health. Gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves as a whole person and the connection between our inner health, lifestyle and mindset to our skin health and healthy ageing.

After seeing the beautiful Rose for a year and a half, my skin has really transformed and my hormonal acne has cleared. Yesterday I had my first session with Sophie and I had a really positive experience- she is the perfect edition to the Elixir team! Sophie was so knowledgeable and was able to explain to me in-depth the current issues I am facing with my skin and we came up with a plan together which involves at home and in clinic treatment. I am looking forward to my next visit!
