Gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves as a whole person and the connection between our inner health, lifestyle and mindset to our skin health and healthy ageing.

Absolutely amazing service, Rose is so lovely and knowledgeable. I’ve been going to skin therapists for years now and never experienced such fast and amazing result as I have since coming to Elixir Skin Fitness. The results are definitely worth the price! Rose created a custom treatment plan for my skin in clinic and at home products, to treat my acne and scarring. The picture shows the progress in just 3 months since visiting. Couldn’t recommend it more highly ! :)

Rose is wonderful at explaining each step of the overall approach and the individualised treatments she recommends. My skin feels amazing and I feel very comfortable with Rose's recommendations because she is so very passionate about her industry.
