I had booked in with Jake however, when he was called away to go over East for work he made sure to contact me with ample notice. In addition, he booked me in with Sina and clearly relayed my concerns and hair goals. Sina did an amazing job with my hair and did everything she could to ensure I kept the length of my hair whilst still re-styling which was required due to a bad haircut from another location. Could not be happier with Jake and Sina x

I'm always warmly welcomed at the salon, made comfortable and attended to promptly. Staff are friendly and professional and the hospitality is always good. I love the relaxing head and neck massage prior to my hair treatment and this, along with the level of comfort at the basin and the amazing products are the point of difference to me. I always enjoy going to this salon and find all the staff lovely.

It is always so lovely and lavish here. I’ve never had a negative experience. The massages are so relaxing and the hair treatments are so well done. All the staff are friendly and take good care of their customers.
