it is my preference to be looked after by one person whilst at the salon. I spoke to my stylist, then had relaxation with someone else, then back to the stylist. (I almost had to remind everyone that my colour was done!!!- this is my pet hate!). i was then passed to an apprentice to wash my hair and dry it through. the quality of the service was good at each stage but it is less relaxing when a new person pops up every 10 minutes.

The first treatment I had was amazing. This treatment was good, but a little prescriptive and structured.

It would be great if the beauty rooms where better lit when waxing is happening, that way it can be assured that all hair is removed.

Great professional service and stylist was super helpful. Cut was a lot shorter than expected but it will grow back in time .....

the massage and the environment was amazing!! would highly recommend. Except be careful if using vouchers... I had a gift voucher to use and because I had to present the voucher in person only, it did not cover the 50$ online deposit to make a booking. This was very disappointing as I ended up having to spend money for receiving a gift.

Thank you so much Anonymous for your review. I am sorry that part of your experience was negative. Did the spa treatment that you had cover the voucher and the $50 or have you got a credit of the $50 to still be used? Unfortunately we have had to implement a booking fee for online bookings as we were receiving approximately 35% no shows. When making an appointment over the phone and you have a gift voucher there is no fee. I would like to talk to you about this so can you please call the salon on 93366081? The experience at Djurra is very special. The staff are warm and friendly and want you to have a lovely time when you are there. It is on the expensive end though so you need to understand that every little extra is charged for and you will pay for the privelege of being there. Nevertheless, I am willing to pay as it really is a lovely place. Just make sure that you understand all the bits that make up your bill so you know what you are being charged for and then you can choose to include or exclude services next time.
