I feel my hairdresser did not really listen , when I mentioned I do not like the thinning scissors he said what do you want me to use -my teeth .I was trying to convey that my hairline is very thin around my temples and didn’t want it to be too thin around that area when cut . I felt he thought he knew my hair when in fact he didn’t -I know which way my hair grows and how it dries etc and not him on a first meeting . I felt that the actual haircut was done quickly and was not really happy with the result . I go to a hairdresser for the hairstyle and the colour is secondary not the other way round . I will use luxe in the future but will change the stylist .

Have never been happier with my hair! I feel like I walk into family when I arrive at Luxe everyone is so friendly and genuine. Jen has been doing my hair now for a few years and I receive so many compliments. I can guarantee you will walk out feeling a million dollars everytime and when I do it myself at home, it just falls into place :) Love Team Luxe Tx
