The atmosphere in the salon is friendly and professional. A number of staff offered me refreshments. The hair washing and head massage are unparalleled. The brand of hair colour they use is superior (non- peroxide) - my scalp does not tingle and burn - and it seems to condition my hair because it is exceptionally shiny when I leave. Besides receiving good hair care, the experience is luxurious and one feels completely pampered. I never want to go home!

The hair dresser that I was with babied me and even belittled by saying ‘so it’s about finances’, trying to sell the products you have. I’m sure products are amazing but I’m not willing to buy any product just because I’ve randomly used it once in a salon, knowing that every salon promotes their products to sell (although a very fair few actually doesn’t harass trying to sell their products but give information to the clients if interested to buy). It was continuous talking through the haircut and little too over the top for me than having a nice relaxing haircut. I felt lectured so much for the time I was sitting there and that experience wasn’t very pleasant apart from the green tea I had, which was a nice. Not the best haircut I’ve had, but comparatively ok. I was happy about the treatment I had.
