Very friendly staff. I was greeted on entry to the shop. I was asked multiple times if i wanted any refreshments. The hairdresser asked a range of questions about the hairstyle i desired to ensure i was happy with the result and so that it was close as possible to what i had in mind. She was also very honest and upfront from the beginning that i would likely need more than one appointment to get the colour i desired without damaging my hair. Very happy with the experience will definitely be going back.
