Extremely polite staff that greeted me with a smile and were punctual with their service. As soon as I arrived I was immediately told that my hairdresser would be with me in 2 minutes and that was just great! Very punctual! Clients feel welcomed as they are asked if they would like a coffee or tea which is accompanied with a chocolate. My hairdresser was very personable and professional, understanding the needs of my hair condition and improving on this. He took great care and time cutting my hair, it was evident that he takes pride in his work which I appreciated. I was extremely satisfied with my haircut and came away very happy, booking my next appointment soon.
