They blow dry my hire, was very hot, didn't say sorry. No please or thank you at all. The color I've got was totally different to the one I asked, it was over toned, but she said because I said I only have 2-3 hours, time was tight. The receptionist was not very polite to Asian customers.

I was offered coffee but it never arrived. No other drinks were offered and the salon was very hot. I felt my appointment was rushed and the hairdresser spent a lot of time talking to other staff rather than me.

I think it is really expensive for a cut with no other treatment of any kind. I probably can’t afford to continue coming .

I feel my hairdresser did not really listen , when I mentioned I do not like the thinning scissors he said what do you want me to use -my teeth .I was trying to convey that my hairline is very thin around my temples and didn’t want it to be too thin around that area when cut . I felt he thought he knew my hair when in fact he didn’t -I know which way my hair grows and how it dries etc and not him on a first meeting . I felt that the actual haircut was done quickly and was not really happy with the result . I go to a hairdresser for the hairstyle and the colour is secondary not the other way round . I will use luxe in the future but will change the stylist .

Have generally been happy with the services offered and the promotional seasonal offers are great value. Outside of these offers it is possible to be duped into accepting services that may be unnecessary especially for unsuspecting customers. Amongst all the hype of being in the salon it is easy to get caught up in the vibe. Upon paying today I was presented with an outrageous charge of $328 for a short tint (little more than have roots done), 2mins conditioning treatment and cut (trim) and dry. Although shocked, I did pay it with my CC but asked for an itemised bill, only to find I had been overcharged by nearly $60. Although it was refunded, if I hadn't asked for a cost breakdown it would have gone undetected. I also have two unused discount vouchers from previous visits which are clearly visible on their PC but have not been reminded or indeed encouraged to use them.
