I had the most relaxing experience at the salon. I felt very catered for, the staff were very polite and my hair stylist is just superb. Could not fault my experience and I am so happy with the change I made with my hair - getting highlights and a new cut. However, the only thing that happened was a junior arguing back to the senior hairstylist regarding applying the tone in front of me was not very professional. I would of thought the junior would listen and follow directions of the senior stylist due to me being his client? However I did not let this ruin my experience as I felt so relaxed during the whole time there.
