Felt confident to come in during this uncertain time. Luxe have gone the extra mile to prepare the salon, the staff and provide fabulous communication with clients. Sadly, and to my absolute horror, a staff member placed a towel around my neck and a cape on me without having a mask on. I didn’t realise as she was behind me and I was not looking in the mirror. I only noticed as she walked away. Incredible and so disappointing. This is hugely disappointing and let’s Luxe down as well as myself and my family. I trust that you will touch base with your staff to remind them if best practice. Near enough is not good enough in these times.
