Sophie was fantastic, genuinely friendly and I was really happy with the colour and cut she did for me, thank you! The Salon was incredibly busy and I was squeezed in with a last minute appointment, so thank you very much. I did want to make a comment regarding the person who helped with my hair wash and blow dry. She was not unfriendly towards me but I did think she displayed a real attitude towards Sophie which seemed unjustified given the extremely friendly and polite way Sophie spoke to her. She (sorry not sure of her name) did a great hair wash and blow dry but she may just not be aware of how she comes across to customers. Thanks again, was absolutely wrapped with the job Sophie did for me. Cheers Kelli
