Fabulous experience once again. Rylee washed mt hair and absolutely spoilt me with a lovely scalp massage and Patrick as always, is such a pleasure to have cut and style my hair. Thanking you for a wonderful experience and for your generous voucher. Definitely had the great experience im used to at Luxe!

I was offered coffee but it never arrived. No other drinks were offered and the salon was very hot. I felt my appointment was rushed and the hairdresser spent a lot of time talking to other staff rather than me.

Very disappointed that I was sprung the $75 cost after every thing was done and dusted. Certainly unprofessional and it's generally not the case if it's a walk in.

Was shocked to see how much I paid for a wash and blow dry. Don’t like being pushed to purchase goods.
