I have been going to luxe since moving to the area a few years ago and cannot recommend it more. Great service, hairdressers and skills. They always go above and beyond when doing your hair - even for a hair cut (washing, massage, styling at the end, teaching you about products etc.). They also offer lots of promotions which is great and are super friendly. Great salon :)

Wonderful experience at Luxe. Brady really listened to what I wanted for my hair and made really good suggestions. I left the salon with a cut and colour that was exactly what I had hoped for.

The experience of getting my hair done was great, however, the final result was not what I expected nor what I asked for. Before my haircut, my hair was coming down to hip length (and very dead) so I asked for the dead ends to come off, expecting it to end up at waist height, taking off about 3 inches, however the final result has my hair down to my bust, a lot shorter than what I expected. I also asked for long blended layers, however, the layers are quite blunt and if they are meant to be blunt, they are very uneven with many pieces at least an inch longer than the rest. My hair was cut about a week ago and I am only just noticing these issues now as I attributed the length and shape to the styling and product that was in my hair. Overall, I am quite disappointed in the way my hair has ended up looking, especially when the last time this stylist saw me, she did exactly what I asked for and was amazingly good.Attached is an image of my hair one week post hair cut, freshly washed and blow dried, however I do have images of my hair from the back and my hair prior to my haircut.
