Always attentive offering you drinks, teas coffees, always on time and friendly. Won't annoyingly push products on you unlike other stores. Spent years trying to find a salon that could achieve my dream of copper orange hair and now I've found it. Great value for money.

This is my third or fourth session with Sophie and I couldn’t speak highly enough of her. She’s such an amazing hairdresser and so nice and easy to talk too! I’m so glad I’ve finally found a hairdresser I’m comfortable with! I’ve been happy every time and would recommend her to anyone!

Jen has been my Hair Stylist for over six years and I always feel fantastic when I leave the salon. When Jen was on maternity leave, Lilly did an amazing job also and I have difficult needs and requirements. My curly hair has to look great both after swimming in the surf (twice a week ) to attending conferences and presentations when it has to be straight and professional looking ....no mean feat.

I've had my hair cut lately at Luxe Concept in Chatswood. I must say I was super happy with the professional services provided by Andrew. Not only Andrew gave me a super nice hair cut which I absolutely love it, he also gave me a very good advice after hearing that I had worries about my hair fall. Andrew was an active listener, patient and professional. Thank you so very much Andrew!

They blow dry my hire, was very hot, didn't say sorry. No please or thank you at all. The color I've got was totally different to the one I asked, it was over toned, but she said because I said I only have 2-3 hours, time was tight. The receptionist was not very polite to Asian customers.
