I keep returning to Luxe as Patrick is the only hairdresser i have found that gets my shade of blonde perfect every time. The whole salon atmosphere presents as an amazing environment.None of the usual bitchiness you observe in most salons Every single person employed at Luxe should be extremely proud of themselves and whoever is in charge of hiring the staff has absolutely nailed it.

Today I had Andrew for the first time as Zubair was away. He was friendly and got on with the colouring of my hair. The hairdresser who washed my hair gave a a mediocre wash and massage, wetting my face, then 'wringing' off the extra water! Once I got back to the chair she asked me if I would like a product in my hair and I said yes. She actually got another girl to put it in, of that I am not sure why? When she started to 'dry off' my hair I could see it was going to look terrible so I asked if I could use the dryer myself (I was told when I made the app that I could blow dry my own hair). Andrew heard the conversation and came over and started drying my hair. He kept saying you have to make an appointment for a blow dry as we don't have the time. I explained they I was coming again on Friday so I was happy to dry my own hair. He didn't want to listen to me and kept repeating the same thing. He was unfriendly and brusque making me uncomfortable. I have never been to Luxe and had a 'dry off' before and did not know what the process. I would not have had one today if I hadn't been coming again on Friday.
